Ooerrr iPad.

So I’ve joined the (possibly) mindless Apple iPad crowd, and to prove it I’m writing this post from my shiny new iPad! There is a very good app for this created by the wordpress developers so the only thing to get used to is typing on the touch screen!

In the time I have been playing I’ve not found anything I can fault except I haven’t quite figured out how multitasking works yet. I shall update again once I’ve played around some more!

New theme.

The theme is called Typebased and is by WooThemes, I will make my own again eventually, but it takes a while to do, so not sure when!

Within 30 seconds of that last post… I installed Irresistible from www.WooThemes.com which I had knocking about in a folder of themes I’ve gotten from WebDesigner Magazine and a few other places.

It’s better than the mess I was in… but needs polish to make it my own. Work shall be done when I get some time, and then hopefully some regular posting may start!

Anyway… its 1AM now. Good Night World!

(EDIT: You see that logo up there. The settings page says “to change the logo enter the path to your logo in this box” So I did. Interestingly it has overlayed my logo over the original. That’s Smooth Mr WooThemes. Night Night!)

On the down side. I’ve messed up this site while playing with new themes. It will be back all pretty with a custom theme again very very soon.

I decided to have a go at my own wordpress theme to go on my blog, and here it is! It’s not quite finished, there’s some polishing and adding of logos and things to do in places but hopefully it will look awesome when it is done!

Okay, we’ve all see the URL shortening sites like TinyURL and things, but this one has something a little be special, you know that friend that will never open shortened links because you sent them that link to goatse while they were at work? Well, eKey solves that problem, create your short address and your friend is free to go to eKey and ‘uncompress’ the link back to the full URL so they know exactly what they are getting, goatse or not!

Oh, I forgot to mention, It’s free!
